How long until my order ships?

ALL orders will ship out 1-3 Business days after ordered.

Tracking your Package

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• Mrheadstone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
• Upon inquiry, Mrheadstone will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

• If a package is returned to Mrheadstone to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. 
• Mrheadstone is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
